BTnode rev2_2 Extended Memory Patch

Several different SRAM devices have been used in the assembly of the BTnodes. BTnodes with more than 64kB SRAM will have a problem with the extended memory, since some address pins are floating. All other functions should work ok though.

In order to make use of the extended memory (upper 60k) on faulty BTnode rev2_2 you will need to add a solderball bridging pins 8 (VCC), 9 (A5) and 10 (A6) as shown in the pictures below.
