Organized events
In addition to the banquet diner, we have organized the following social
events which can be booked through the registration
form:
A stroll through the old town (Evening of March 7, 2001, approx. 2 hours)
A guided tour through the old part of town is a worthwhile trip of
discovery. Crooked lanes, hidden inner courts, elaborate oriels and cobblestones
are witnesses of centuries past. Selected buildings, stories and annecdotes
bring Zürich's past to life and, thanks to the knowledgeable guide,
bring to light many things that would remain hidden.
Fondue Flirt on Uetliberg Mountain (Evening of March 9, 2001, approx. 3-4
hours)
You
leave Zürich's Main Railway Station and steam up Uetliberg, with nighttime
Zürich gloriously before you, enjoy a cocktail or two along the way
and savour a delicious fondue at the Gmüetliberg Mountain Restaurant,
high above Zürich.

18.00 h Gathering at Main Station, Platform 2, Sektor

18.17 h Departure Aperotrain from platform 2
18.37 h Arrival Mountain Terminal Station
18.45 h Start Fondue Flirt at the Gmüetliberg

organization, offers a plenty of activities ranging from short city tours
to overnight stays in the Alps.
In addition, a virtual
tour gives information about Zurich's most important sights, such as
location, opening hours, and admission.
