Final Papers

Dear Author:
Thank you for submitting your paper(s) to EMO'01. We received a large number
of excellent paper submissions for EMO'01, however, could accept only about
27% for oral presentations and 25% for poster presentations (see
preliminary program). Regardless of
the presentation format, all accepted papers will be published in the
proceedings in the same style and paper length:

How to Prepare the Final Version of Your Paper
Please carefully read the following instructions:
- Check and revise your paper according to any reviewers'
comments (if such details are provided).
- As the EMO'01 proceedings are published as a volume of the
LNCS series by Springer-Verlag, all papers must comply with
the LNCS style (single-spaced, at maximum 15 pages). Full
formatting details and templates are available from
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.
If you use Word and have trouble with the downloaded template,
contact emo+final@tik.ee.ethz.ch
in order to get an updated version. Furthermore, please carefully read and
follow the guidelines for proceedings and other multi-author volumes.
- Download the copyright form from the
Springer-Verlag Web site
and send or fax the completed form to the address below.
- Send a single-sided printout (not a photocopy) of the final paper
by courier mail to the address below.
- Send a Postscript and, if possible, a PDF file of your paper to
emo+final@tik.ee.ethz.ch.
- Send ALL your source files to
emo+final@tik.ee.ethz.ch. In case
of LaTeX documents, all figures, style files, templates, and
special fonts must be included. If you use another word processing

Please note that this is a firm and inflexible deadline. We have

thus, the editors reserve the right to reject any papers which
arrive later than the above date or do not fulfill the conditions
described in the instructions above.
