IN SILICO - Scenario 1, random continuous noise


This folder contains input data matrices. The original input data matrix E is:

 em_1.txt.h


Naming convention is: 

 em_1,n_0.xx.y.txt.h


      0.xx - \sigma for the random noise added to the original matrix
 
      y    - sample \in \{1..10\} from random distribution
 
      h    - file contain header row (genes) and column (samples)
