| Abstract: | During segmentation of the Spanish prosody corpus a new and quite promising approach was elaborated that achieves an improved segmentation of graphemically annotated speech signals. As the data sets for training prosody models for text-to-speech synthesis are generally rather small we hope that an improved segmentation will also achieve an improvement of quality of the prosody models. |
